Health Minister Vishwajit Prabhakar Rane has fortified Goa's emergency medical framework by expanding the Ambulance 103 service to a comprehensive fleet of 103 vehicles, incorporating specialized configurations for cardiac emergencies, neonatal transport, trauma intervention, and bike ambulances tailored for swift navigation in densely populated urban zones and remote rural locales.
