More than a century after Moto Polo was first recognised globally, the high-speed motorcycle sport made its official entry into India at the recently concluded Motoverse, hosted at Vagator Hill Top in Goa. The introduction of this unique motorsport was led by British brand Malle London , widely known for motorcycle adventure events and credited with reviving Moto Polo in 2017. What Is Moto Polo? Moto Polo is played between two teams of five riders, including one substitute. Participants remain seated on their motorcycles and manoeuvre a large leather ball across the field using their feet and the bike’s front tyre. The game consists of two 10-minute halves where teams aim to score maximum goals. The sport is known for its intensity, requiring perfect coordination, control, and quick decision-making.
