Anmol Bishnoi, the 24-year-old brother of incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and one of India's most-wanted fugitives, was deported from the United States and arrived in Delhi on Wednesday, immediately taken into custody by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and produced before Patiala House Court amid heightened security. Anmol faces at least 18 criminal cases across Delhi, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan, including the October 2024 murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique, the May 2022 assassination of Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, and the March 2024 firing outside Bollywood star Salman Khan's Bandra residence—alleged retaliations in the Lawrence gang's turf wars.
